Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they ship.

Returns

• Return Window: We gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
• Eligible Products: Most All products* can be returned for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and without sketch or any Damage.
• Return Process: Simply return the items in their original packaging with the tags attached to our return address.
• Pick up: After return request by buyer, Pickup can be done within 24 to 48 Hr from your location, if change is needed as per discussion with our team. If any issue for pickup location, you can ship to our location.
• Refund Policy: Refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours once the return product is received

Additional Considerations

• Items must be unused and without sketch for easy returns.
• Products should be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags and labels will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
